Community Involvement by Peace Lutheran Church Members

Peace Lutheran Welcomes LHS LEO Club

Today five members of the Lamar High School LEO Club sponsored by the Rosenberg Lions club came to Peace Lutheran Church to help sort personal hygiene items which will be used for the Military Care Package Outreach, Disaster Relief, and Helping Hands. Thanks to these high school students for their tremendous help and showing others their willingness to make a difference. The pictures show them taking on various tasks plus being treated to lunch afterwards at Cracker Barrel by Alice Miguez Poth and Dennis & Doris Dahse. The next LEO meeting will be Wednesday, November 14 at 3:30 pm in Martha Matura’s classroom at Lamar High School.
